The Commission will consider whether to propose new Form N-PORT and Form N-CEN under the Investment Company Act of 1940 ("Investment Company Act"), new rule 30e-3 under the Investment Company Act, amendments to Regulation S-X and other rules and forms under the Investment Company Act, and rescinding existing Form N-Q and Form N-SAR.

The Commission also will consider whether to propose amendments to Form ADV under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 ("Advisers Act), and amendments to rule 204-2 and certain other rules under the Advisers Act.
